This a recorded class on Zoom so the quality of the video can vary
You will need…
4 x A4 sheets of card - these can be backs of envelopes or drawing books packing/cereal boxes. Be resourceful but if you have no card to recycle then you can buy some. I like Hairy Manilla 400g from eco craft but anything over 300gsm is fine.
Before the class:
Pre - paint the card with white emulsion or acrylic paint - you can leave some of the cardboard colour showing through if you like.
Then paint patterns on 2/3 of the pieces of card in 2/3 of your favourite complementary (contrasting) colours (acrylic, emulsion or a mix)
Scrap paper to practice on.
UHU Glue £1 a tube from Home Bargains if UK - a tube rather than stick. Or any other strong adhesive glue.
A pot of water
A cloth for cleaning brushes
Good scissors
3 x pots or plates or other round bases to draw around
For example a bottle lid, sellotape or a mug and a cake plate
All levels are welcome.
