Collage with Anna Hymas, 21st January 2025

£15.00

21st January 2025, 8-9.15pm GMT

Join Anna for an evening of collaging - painting, tearing & cutting papers to create images - still-lifes, flowers, birds or just whatever image your shapes create. Playing with composition, arranging and rearranging until you feel ready to commit and stick!

'I often recycle my paintings, cutting up and rearranging existing pieces until, with an image in mind, I start layering the patterns, colours and textures to form a new piece of work. I like the process and the flexibility of collage; having time to think about compositions and being able to move pieces around until I am ready to make them permanent by sticking them down.'
